Bring the whole family (up to 40 ppl) to this great place with lots of room for fun. House 338 has 6 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 19 people. House 340 has 7 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, sleeps 21 people. Both are 2 level single family houses, full kitchen with attached garage.
Good to know
Both houses are 2 story homes. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 sets of washer and dryer, and plenty of space. Back yard behind house 338.
Other Details to Note
The smaller garage of each house is off limit for guests. It serves as cleaner and homeowner storage space. For 340 the smaller garage is not closed off. There are enough pots and pans and dishes in each kitchen, they might be in different cabinets, please check all cabinets, or we are happy to help you locate all stuff needed. Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc.
