It’s a beautiful 2 story house with a gated back yard and the 4 house complex is gated too! You will have 1 designated parking spot next to the house, and the 2 car garage for you to use. And plenty of street parking if you have more than 2 cars. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms and offers plenty of sleep arrangement. It’s perfect for big family, student groups, and church groups to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Free washer and dryers inside the garage.
Other Details to Note
Small garage is not open to guests use, it serves as a storage for cleaner and home owner. There are enough pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen, they might be in different cabinets, please check all cabinets, or we are happy to help you locate all stuff needed. Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc.
