Other Details to Note

It's close to highway I-10, which make it very easy to go anywhere. However, there is potential noises. Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc.

When it's time to leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: -turn off lights and A/C. 1 dedictaed parking spot only. Street parking is NOT FREE. Please get over night parking permit if extra vehicles present. NO PARTY/EVENTS ALLOWED. Minimum booking age 25. Person making the reservation has to be here. Please Do Not use candle or wax on property. Please Do Not unplug cameras, or any other electronics. Our house is NOT a pet friendly property, a fine of $200 will be charged if evidence of pet found, further, guest is subjected to pay any damage caused by the pet. Quiet Hours 10pm -7am No running or horseplaying on the stairs/roof/hand rails. Do Not change any internet settings, or unplug/move modem, routers or other electronics. Over capacity limit could be potential fire hazard, cause drain system failure and hot water supply deficiency. Over capacity limit without informing owner will cause removal from property right away without refund. Please DO NOT open or access any locked storage space without permission. Violation will result a fine of $200 or cost of loss, whichever is higher. Please do not mail any letter or packages to this address. Please use caution when using ALL stairs. Property is not 100% baby proof, adults supervision is required at ALL times. Please Do Not move around furniture. Please NO VAPING or smoking of anything indoors. No illegal drug use on the premises. Use ash trays in the yard for tobacco disposal.

We had a great stay at Andrew’s house. The house was very clean. The kitchen was nice and updated. Peaceful neighborhood. Didn’t have any major issues. A minor issue was the AC units inside the house sometimes the remotes won’t connect to the unit but didn’t really affect us. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend Andrew’s place.

This place is everything you’d want in an ideal Airbnb! Andrew is a friendly, thoughtful host, and the home is incredibly spacious and clean. The neighborhood is also safe and private—what more can you ask for?

Very clean and cozy. Spent 5 days there and didn't have a single issue. Hosts were extremely helpful with detailed instructions. The location of the place was also super nice- peaceful neighborhood. It was nice cooking our meals in the kitchen. It had everything we needed.

Place was a it was described, clean and close to main highways. Hosts was very communicative and everything went smoothly. Bed was comfortable and cozy, sofa bed in the living room is big, not as comfortable, but not bad at all. It had everything we needed for our stay and trip purpose. Suggestion: add a full mirror outside of bathroom :) other than that, perfect!

O imóvel é muito bom, mas os equipamentos que acompanham o imóvel é o anfitrião superam todas as expectativas. Desde o shampoo, até o sal de cozinha, lavadora, secadora e aparelho que imita os sons da natureza o imóvel conta. Super recomendo !
