Newly updated 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom single family house with New appliances and new furniture. 1 queen bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room. 1 dedicated parking spot, and plenty of street parking. Easy self-check-in with passcode, so you don't have to wait or see anyone to check you in. There is no Dishwasher or garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Please do not dump food waste in sink.

Other Details to Note

It's close to highway I-10, which make it very easy to go anywhere. However, there is potential noises.

Me and my partner loved andrews place, it was like a home away from home. We loved everything about it, the pillows, the bedding, the tv, etc. You can tell that there was effort put in to making this place as comfortable as possible. If I had only one thing to complain about it would be the driveway being so steep besides that me and my partner will be back as soon as we can :) thanks Andrew!

Great location very near to highway; Friendly Neighbors and exclusive parking space. Love the kitchen, Kitchenware look new and clean, you have everything you need to cook a good meal. Up to date laundry equipment, quick and clean. There was a bit of water leakage in the bedroom window when we stayed because of the heavy rain, other than that this place was perfect for us.
