It’s a beautiful 2 story house with a gated back yard and the 4 house complex is gated too! You will have 1 designated parking spot next to the house, and the 2 car garage for you to use. And plenty of street parking if you have more than 2 cars. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms and offers plenty of sleep arrangement. It’s perfect for big family, student groups, and church groups to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Free washer and dryers inside the garage.

No cigarettes, drugs use inside or around the house. if violation found, guests are responsible for air quality treatment service cost, $300 or the actual bill amount, which ever is higher. No package/mail delivery to this address. No underage drinking/smoking. No maid service. However our cleaning crew may come in common area to collect trash and do light cleaning to maintain the property in good condition. Please do not mail any letter or packages to this address. violations will result in termination of stay without refund.

Great location, perfect for a large group. Nice and peaceful with a wonderful view from the main room. Great home to have my group in for a few days. Plenty of parking even on the street. Everyone in the group enjoyed the accommodations, hoping to come back when there’s another music festival near by.

Our family was extremely comfortable, it was a great place to accommodate us all for my nephew's wedding. It was also very close to Walnut where the wedding was, so very convenient for us. Wonderful place, I would definitely recommend it for large family gatherings.
