Welcome to Bearadise Cabin, a comfortable log cabin with amazing MOUNTAIN VIEWS, located near the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Only 4.7 miles away from Dollywood Theme Park and 3 miles away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. 15 minutes (9 miles) away from Gatlinburg, and 21 minutes (10.3 miles) from GSMNP. This awesome location ensures you can spend long days exploring local sights and then enjoy a short trip to your rental to relax just the way you like!

Other Details to Note

Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc.

When it's time to leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: -take the trash out to the bear proof cans -load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher -turn off lights include porch light, and lock the door. (Starting the dishwasher before our cleaners arrive saves a lot of time for them. This ensures adequate time to make sure the cabin is ready for next guests just like it was for you. We appreciate your cooperation!) Please Do Not use candle or wax on property. Please Do Not unplug cameras, or any other electronics. We are NOT a pet friendly cabin, if pet hair is found during clean up and/or we see your animals on the property, you will pay a non-refundable $200 pet charge and/or any damages caused by the pet (whichever is greater). Quiet Hours 10pm -7am No running or horseplaying on the stairs/roof/hand rails. Put all trash inside bear proof trash can. Do Not feed bears. Do Not change any internet settings, or unplug/move modem, routers or other electronics. Our cabin has a capacity limit of 4 guests (3-100 years old). Over capacity limit could be potential fire hazard, cause septic system failure and well water supply deficiency. Over capacity limit without informing owner will cause removal from property right away without refund. Please DO NOT open or access any locked space without permission. Violation will result a fine of $200 or cost of loss, whichever is higher. Please read the house manual or reach out to us if you have any questions. We would love to assist you with any questions or needs. Please use caution when using ALL stairs. Keep ALL open flames either outside on the Grill or inside the fireplace. NO burning anything inside the Fireplace AT ALL. It is a gas log fireplace. Gas Fire Place will be on between end of October and End of March. Cabin is not 100% baby proof, adults supervision is required at ALL times. Please Do Not move around furniture. Only open Emergency Exit door when there is an Emergency. Watch your step! Please NO VAPING or smoking of anything indoors. No illegal drug use Utilize sand pit ash trays located on the front and back porch for tobacco disposal, not the yard or driveway. NO Fireworks! Forest Fires are a REAL danger in the Smoky's! we are not responsible for anything left behind. please collect all belongings before leave. if items are fund and needed to be shipped, guest is responsible for a $45 service fee plus shipping cost. Please do not mail any letter or packages to this address. Grocery/meal delivery is fine.

Neighborhood

The back deck of this cabin is very secluded and is furnished with a romantic hot tub! You are not far from civilization but you will be in private woods with beautiful, breathtaking mountain views! Drive only about 5 minutes (2.8 miles) to get back to the Parkway and enjoy all that Pigeon Forge has to offer! 15 minutes (9 miles) away from Gatlinburg, and 21 minutes (10.3 miles) from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Power Outages: You are visiting a National Park with thousands of trees. On occasion, severe weather might result in the loss of power. Typically, the power company is fairly quick at restoring outages. However, I recommend you look at the weather forecast prior to your trip. Severe storms and/or winter weather could possibly cause an extended power outage. Consider packing a flashlight and/or an alternative light source.

This was a great retreat for us. Everything as promised and a lovely home away from the hustle of town. My only suggestions would be for the owners to spend some time updating/upgrading the decor and fixing broken furniture. The recliner in the living area was broken (the foot rest bracket) causing the entire chair to lean, and the bedframe was wonky, causing one head to droop down below the rest of the bed. We fixed it temporarily by putting a pillow under the mattress there. The doorknobs on some of the doors were so loose that we couldnt close them all the way. The hot tub display was broken and we couldnt see the temperature. Also, we had to buy more toilet paper because we were only given 2 rolls for our entire 5 day stay. Small things but worth noting. I would stay here again even so and be happy to do so!!

This is a beautiful cabin! The view from the second floor swing was just amazing! It was very clean and organized. Andrew was very quick to answer email when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!
