Spacious 2 floor house with large roof top balcony. 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Gated side yard, and laundry machines. Parking on driveway and inside the gate. No garage. 1st floor: Room 1: 2 Full beds w/ desk Room 2: 1 Twin over Full bunk bed w/ desk, mini split A/C 1 Full Bath in between (shower over tub) Room 3: 1 Full bed with desk, mini split A/C Living room behind kitchen: 1 Queen Futon. 1 Full Bath in this living room, shower, no tub. Room 4: 1 Queen, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, en-suite Full bath (shower over tub) 2nd floor: Room 5: 2 Queen beds w/ en-suite Full bathroom (shower over tub) and private balcony. Roof top balcony with outdoor seating.
Other Details to Note
We will provide big bottle soaps and detergent for all guests convenience, please do not remove any bottles. Please do not climb or lean over porch handrails. Children should be under supervision all the time. Partial Backyard is blocked off from guests access, please remain activities inside the part of concrete area. Garage is not open to guests use. Room 3 has a partial wall which is not fully extended to the ceiling. Please use other bedrooms for light sensitive guests. Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc.
