No garage. 1st floor: Room 1: 2 Full beds w/ desk Room 2: 1 Twin over Full bunk bed w/ desk, mini split A/C 1 Full Bath in between (shower over tub) Room 3: 1 Full bed with desk, mini split A/C Living room behind kitchen: 1 Queen Futon. 1 Full Bath in this living room, shower, no tub. Room 4: 1 Queen, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, en-suite Full bath (shower over tub) 2nd floor: Room 5: 2 Queen beds w/ en-suite Full bathroom (shower over tub) and private balcony. Roof top balcony with outdoor seating.

Other Details to Note

We will provide big bottle soaps and detergent for all guests convenience, please do not remove any bottles. Please do not climb or lean over porch handrails. Children should be under supervision all the time.

No cigarettes, drugs use inside or around the house. if violation found, guests are responsible for air quality treatment service cost, $300 or the actual bill amount, which ever is higher. No package/mail delivery to this address. No underage drinking/smoking. No maid service. However our cleaning crew may come in common area to collect trash and do light cleaning to maintain the property in good condition. Please DO NOT jump over any fence or on to the roof.
