The stay in Monterey Park was *perfect*! Andrew was a great host and was super helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our travels while in the Los Angeles area. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling in a larger group as it was incredibly accommodating for us.

Such a nice and cozy space that we loved! Andrew had linens, many blankets and things laid out for us! For a short weekend trip it was great! Ride up is a bit steep but still great!

O imóvel é muito bom, mas os equipamentos que acompanham o imóvel é o anfitrião superam todas as expectativas. Desde o shampoo, até o sal de cozinha, lavadora, secadora e aparelho que imita os sons da natureza o imóvel conta. Super recomendo !

Andrew è stato eccezionale! Sempre pronto e ci mette poco a rispondere, ci ha aiutato tantissimo sia prima che arrivassimo che durante il nostro soggiorno. Il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua e il giorno stesso ha mandato qualcuno a ripararlo. Ha risposto subito ogni domanda che avevamo, è stato un host perfetto. Consiglio questa casa perchè è grande e bella. Siamo entrati in 23 persone. Grazie ancora andrew per il tuo aiuto!

Our stay was peaceful and secluded yet close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed many bear encounters. The area was great for hiking. Our host was responsive (within 10 minutes) when questions were asked. The house was equipped with two coffee machines, plenty of of dishes, grill and cleaning supplies, hot tub, and three bathrooms one in each bathroom and one down stairs. The house was convenient for our trip. I would definitely stay here again. Cell phone service was lost coming up the road but we gained it back at the cabin (both Verizon and AT&T) we had no issues with service while at the cabin.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, close to many nice restaurants but still nice and quiet. The host, Andrew, was amazing, very responsive and thoughtful. We really felt at home and would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful cabin! The view from the second floor swing was just amazing! It was very clean and organized. Andrew was very quick to answer email when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Alfa and Andrew were very quick to respond and provided clear and helpful instructions. They were happy to answer any questions we had during our stay. The house was clean, quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood (lots of extra street parking available with a permit- although we didn’t need it). Great proximity to downtown LA and it was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. We were able to check in a bit early, and checked out a bit late. They were more than happy to accomodate us. We made a nice dinner, the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. We took a stroll thru the neighborhood and looked at all the nice homes. All in all, we would stay here again!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location - easily accessible to all of the things we wanted to do. Definitely loved being away from the business of Pigeon Forge! Very spacious and clean for being a cabin in the woods! We would stay again!!
